My Journey As SANTA

I am blessed with the spirit of giving, love, and beauty, just like the most renowned figure in the world, Santa Claus. My purpose is to bring happiness to people's lives and to keep the Christmas spirit alive throughout the year. My passion for portraying Santa began during my childhood, as I always found joy in spreading cheer to my loved ones during the holiday season. In 2013, I was asked by a friend and fellow Santa, Mel Deigel, to portray Santa at Albany Lights in the Park, and since then, I have devoted myself to perfecting my role. Attending workshops and seminars has helped me improve my craft and excel in my portrayal. Initially, I used a theatrical beard, but my love for the role grew, and I began to grow my own beard instead. Over the years, I have had the privilege of visiting numerous events and locations throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic states, where I have brought smiles to the faces of children from 8 months to 88 years. I believe that spreading love and joy is the true core of Christmas, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do so through my portrayal of Santa Claus.
